All employees are expected to read, understand, and follow these guidelines as part of their employment responsibilities.
Attendance & Punctuality - Employees are expected to report to work on time as per their assigned schedules. Any delays, absences, or changes must be informed to the reporting manager in advance, except in case of emergencies. Repeated attendance issues may lead to disciplinary action.
Workplace Conduct & Professionalism - All employees must maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times within the premises. Arguments, abusive language, or unprofessional conduct are not acceptable. Employees are expected to represent V2 Fitness Zone positively during working hours.
Mobile Phone Usage - Personal mobile phone usage during duty hours should be minimal and strictly non-disruptive. Phones must not interfere with work responsibilities, floor presence, or member interactions.
Breaks & Availability - Employees are expected to remain available and attentive during assigned working hours. Unauthorized or extended breaks are not permitted. Any requirement to step away from duty must be communicated and approved by the reporting manager.
Client & Member Interaction - All members must be treated with respect and courtesy. Employees must not argue with members or make personal commitments, promises, or exceptions. Any complaints or issues must be escalated to the appropriate authority immediately.
Confidentiality & Information Handling - All internal information, member data, pricing details, and operational processes are confidential. Employees must not share internal information with external parties or use it for personal benefit. Confidentiality obligations continue even after employment ends.
Safety, Hygiene & Discipline - Employees must follow all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards applicable to their role. Any unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents must be reported immediately. Ignoring safety instructions or workplace rules is not permitted.
Escalation & Reporting - Operational issues, conflicts, or policy violations must be reported to the reporting manager through the appropriate escalation channels. Employees are expected to cooperate fully during any review or inquiry.
Policy Compliance & Updates - All employees are responsible for staying updated with the latest SOPs and policies published on the V2 Internal Portal. Updated instructions replace all previous verbal or written communications.
Disciplinary Action - Violation of any guideline may result in corrective action, including warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity. Management decisions in such matters are final.
