What We Stand For
1. Professionalism at All Times
Every employee represents V2 Fitness Zone, on and off the floor. This includes how you speak, behave, dress, respond, and carry yourself during duty hours.
There is no separation between “small roles” and “big roles.” Professionalism is expected from everyone, without exception.
2. Discipline Over Convenience
Attendance, punctuality, floor presence, hygiene, documentation, and SOP adherence are not optional.
They are the minimum standard required to operate a premium facility.
Repeated indiscipline, shortcuts, or casual behavior damage the entire ecosystem and will be addressed accordingly.
3. Clear Structure and Accountability
V2 follows a defined reporting and escalation hierarchy. Instructions, approvals, and decisions must follow this structure. Bypassing hierarchy, making assumptions, or taking independent actions outside defined authority is not acceptable.
Accountability is role-based. If something fails in your scope, ownership is expected.
4. SOPs Are the Operating System
Standard Operating Procedures are the backbone of V2 Fitness Zone.
They exist to:
Ensure consistency across branches
Remove confusion and assumptions
Protect both staff and management
Deliver a predictable, premium experience to members
SOPs are enforceable.The latest version available on the internal portal is always the final reference.
5. Member Experience Comes First
Every decision, action, and interaction must prioritize member safety, comfort, and trust.
This includes:
Respectful communication
Transparent handling of issues
Proper escalation of complaints
Zero tolerance for behavior that makes members uncomfortable
Members trust V2 with their health, time, and money. That trust is non-negotiable.
6. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
Certain behaviors are strictly prohibited and treated as serious violations, including but not limited to:
Financial misconduct or bypassing systems
Under-arm or unauthorized services
Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior
Breach of confidentiality
Misuse of company assets or systems
Actions that damage the V2 brand or reputation
Violations may result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination, depending on severity.

What Is Expected From Every Employee

Accept accountability for their role and actions
Ignorance of policy is not a valid defense.

Are internal and confidential
May be updated as required by management
Apply immediately upon communication or publication
Do not require re-signing unless explicitly stated
The internal portal always reflects the latest enforceable version.
